No, we didn't want to spend the evening in a vaulted cellar in Bautzen again (the weather was so nice today) and due to a large advertising banner and the subsequent evaluation research, we decided to spend the evening at Gasthof Klix. We thought we were in the beer garden heaven ... free seats, a few mumbling people, great atmosphere ... heart, what more could you want. The menu was also ok, unfortunately the brawn wasn't ready. Okay, then two soups and something small. Someone had praised the garlic soup in the reviews. So we ordered this, as well as the Soljanka for 3.70 euros each, in a very small cup. WITHOUT toast or white bread. I asked the friendly waiter if I could get a slice of toast ... he wanted to try. After waiting full of hope, I had to eat my Solyanka after all - otherwise it would have gotten very cold. The waiter said apologetically while putting away the dishes, he had no toast or anything like that. "Found" - at the same time served a ragout fin with delicious toast at the next table. Well ... The garlic "soup" was a cheek to say the least. For 3.70 euros some tiny pieces of garlic in a clear broth or whatever that was ... (extremely greasy, but totally tasteless and unseasoned). Needless to say, even without toast. It wasn't even enough that I could touch my husband that he smelled like garlic. But the hammer was the backcamembert I ordered for 4.90 euros (!) Mini camembert (the diameter was not much larger than the enclosed cucumber slice (see photo), "served" on a loveless and tasteless (because largely unseasoned ) Mix of white cabbage, carrot and 1 slice of cucumber). For comparison, the amount of lingonberry preparation served could make the entire mini-cheese disappear. Of course - no toast or any other side dish. Anyone who has only a little idea of ​​calculation and wholesale prices can imagine the profit margin here. Do I have to mention that the baked cauliflower (6.90 !!!) I ordered, deep-fried, with a loveless salad "creation" floating on a mirror bag of holobojo was not a hit either? No certainly not. I'm not talking about the more than an hour waiting time, we knew that from the reviews and we would have loved to have accepted that if something good had rewarded us, because you can sit really well in the beer garden. But that's about it. I don't know who was standing there in the kitchen, but something about the meal was discussed with the waiter at almost every table - we were probably not dissatisfied alone. We were really sorry for the friendly service, he really tried hard and made a good face to bad game. One star for that and for the ambience, nothing more. Now everyone should decide for themselves ... great food in the vaulted cellar in Bautzen ;-) or the culinary, thus completely overpriced catastrophe in the beautiful beer garden.

We were on holiday in Upper Lusatia for a few days and discovered this beautiful, idyllic beer garden. We liked the food very much and the waiter is extremely friendly. Big compliments for this all-round package. Highly recommended.

We stopped here by bike. Very nice ambience when sitting outdoors. We were warmly received and served. The dishes we were served were excellently prepared and highly recommended. The bottom of the pizza was not burned at any point and still nicely cross. We can highly recommend the inn with Italian dishes and would love to come back ourselves.

Gorgeous, cozy little place. With Hungarian owner, international and Hungarian flavors, cuisine. With a huge lake-view garden and terrace. With attentive and courteous service and Hungarian hospitality. With delicious brandy and Hungarian wines. I will come back here anyway !!! Thank you. :)
